If something isn’t physically on the shelf, it’s already in our manufacturing queue — being produced right now or going into production within 1–3 days.
Due to Christmas and New Year holidays - at the moment we have packaging queue.
We package every product very carefully (aero kits take up to 2 hours per one).
That’s why most items show ships in 2-10 business days.

Once shipped:
FedEx or DHL? 2-5 days worldwide, and your order is in your hands.
EMS? That's your local post, think USPS, Canada Post, Australian Post, Parcelforce etc - delivery times can vary, but expect it within 1-4 weeks worldwide. And if you're in Europe, DPD's got your back in about a week.

Believe it or not, we’ve even shipped hefty packages to the most out-of-the-way places you can imagine – think remote islands where emperors and kings from your favorite adventure movies might chill. Places so exotic, you’d half expect to find hidden treasures or secret beaches. So, no matter where you are, even if it feels like a scene straight out of a movie, we’ll make sure your order arrives right at your doorstep.
Quick on the draw? If it ain't shipped, we switch it up no problem. If it's already rollin'? We'll holler at the courier for you. But, real talk: always double-check before that final click.
Missed the drop? No sweat. With FedEx, DHL & DPD, set your own schedule.

Hey, sometimes things don't roll the way you want. We handle returns fairly. If you're thinking of a return, you've got 14 days from the delivery date to hit us up. Keep in mind, we don't cover those original shipping costs and return shipping is on you unless it is a fault of our own, such as an incorrect product sent. The same goes for any customs or import duty fees.
That product you're sending back? It's gotta be pristine, like it never even saw your ride. If you've popped the packaging, make sure you repack it safely just like we did. We’ll handle that refund once we've given the product a once-over and confirmed it's as fresh as when we sent it out.
